[INTRODUCTORY WEBINAR] EXECUTIVE CERTIFICATE ETHICS AT WORK AT THE DIGITAL AGE

Date : Thursday, 25th September, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM

Online event

Fostering a shared culture of AI responsability and literacy at work

Since February 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act requires organisations that design or use AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their teams. Yet the text remains vague on several fronts: which roles are concerned? What depth of knowledge is expected? And how can organisations avoid turning this requirement into a mere check-the-box exercise?

In this webinar, Björn Fasterling, Professor of Law and Business Ethics at EDHEC Business School, a specialist in digital ethics, will unpack these grey areas and explain why AI literacy should not be seen just as a compliance item, but as a matter of leadership, governance, and long-term responsibility.

We will also present the programme « Ethics at Work in the Digital Age », designed for public- and private-sector managers and built on five years of experience running the Digital Ethics Officer course. This 13-hour certified training combines law, ethics and operational tools to help organisations embed a responsible digital culture into everyday decisions. The DEO course has been attended by professionals from SNCF, EDF, Société Générale, ADEO, Decathlon, Ubisoft, Malakoff Humanis and many others.

A valuable opportunity to turn a legal obligation into a driver of engagement and trust.
